資產(chǎn)管理處(Asset Management Office):

資產(chǎn)管理處是學(xué)校材料、儀器設(shè)備、公用房產(chǎn)的歸口管理部門。主要職能是圍繞學(xué)校事業(yè)發(fā)展總體要求,貫徹落實(shí)國(guó)家上級(jí)主管部門關(guān)于材料、儀器設(shè)備、公用房產(chǎn)管理的法律法規(guī)和政策,建立健全學(xué)校相關(guān)制度和信息化管理系統(tǒng),落實(shí)材料和儀器設(shè)備的合同管理、資產(chǎn)登記和處置管理,大型儀器開放共享績(jī)效考核管理、公用房產(chǎn)產(chǎn)權(quán)產(chǎn)籍管理、公用房資源配置使用管理、學(xué)校房屋出租出借管理等工作。通過推動(dòng)資源的合理配置和有效利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校材料、儀器設(shè)備、公用房資源的規(guī)范和有效使用,為學(xué)校雙一流建設(shè)、第一個(gè)復(fù)旦建設(shè)和教學(xué)、科研以及社會(huì)服務(wù)提供設(shè)備、用房保障和資源支撐。

資產(chǎn)管理處內(nèi)設(shè)4個(gè)科室:綜合管理辦公室、公用房管理辦公室、固定資產(chǎn)管理辦公室、設(shè)備采購與大型儀器共享管理辦公室。

     The Asset Management Office serves as the centralized management department for Fudan University’s materials, equipment, and office buildings. Key functions include developing and refining institutional and information management systems, managing contracts, asset registration, and disposal, and assessing the performance of shared large-scale instruments. It oversees the ownership and registry, allocation, and leasing and loaning of office buildings, ensuring efficient resource use to support teaching, research, and community services.

     The Asset Management Office includes four departments: General Management Office, land and building office, Fixed Asset Management, Equipment Procurement and Large-scale Instrument Sharing Management.

  

實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理中心(Laboratory Safety Management Center)

實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理中心負(fù)責(zé)全校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全的歸口管理工作。

貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家和上級(jí)主管部門的法律法規(guī)和政策;擬定學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全與環(huán)保工作的規(guī)章制度和安全事故事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案,建立實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全準(zhǔn)入與項(xiàng)目安全審核制度;統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)和組織實(shí)施學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全與環(huán)保工作,學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全事件的調(diào)查處置工作;指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督二級(jí)單位落實(shí)執(zhí)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章制度,開展實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全考核、安全檢查、隱患整改和應(yīng)急演練等工作;負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全文化建設(shè),實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員安全教育和業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn),實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全信息化建設(shè)等;承擔(dān)學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全工作組秘書處單位的日常工作;承擔(dān)學(xué)校輻射防護(hù)相關(guān)工作。

實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理中心內(nèi)設(shè)2個(gè)科室:綜合安全管理辦公室、技術(shù)安全管理辦公室。

     The Laboratory Safety Management Center is responsible for overseeing the safety management of all laboratories in Fudan University.

     Drafting regulations on laboratory safety and environmental protection, formulating emergency response plans for safety incidents, and establishing a laboratory access and project review system. Coordinating and organizing laboratory safety and environmental protection, as well as investigating and addressing laboratory safety incidents. Guiding and supervising schools and departments in complying with safety laws and regulations, conducting radiation safety inspections, addressing hazards, and organizing emergency drills. Promoting laboratory safety culture , providing safety education and training for laboratory personnel, and developing a laboratory safety information system. Fulfilling the duties as the Secretariat for the Laboratory Safety Working Group at Fudan University. Being responsible for radiation protection at Fudan University.

     The Laboratory Safety Management Center includes two departments: Comprehensive Safety Management Office and Technical Safety Management Office.
